I acknowledge reading the MLS Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations and agree to abide by them as amended from time to time. I understand that I must provide the name of all licensees who affiliate with me within 72 hours and that i will be charged monthly fees based upon the total number of licensees affiliated with me unless a waiver is granted. I understand that MLS Orientation is mandatory. I understand the MLS initiation fee forthe company is $500 and the monthly fee is $30. Staff shall immediately grant access to anyone who is Designated REALTOR. All other applications must be approved by the Board of Directors.
