I, , of the firm of , hereby apply for membership in the Multiple Listing Service of the Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS. I acknowledge reading the MLS Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations and agree to abide by them as amended from time to time. I understand that I must provide the name of all licensees who affiliate with me within 72 hours and that i will be charged monthly fees based upon the total number of licensees affiliated with me unless a waiver is granted. I understand that MLS Orientation is mandatory. I understand the MLS initiation fee forthe company is $500 and the monthly fee is $30. Staff shall immediately grant access to anyone who is Designated REALTOR. All other applications must be approved by the Board of Directors.

NOTE: Our system will bill each REALTOR associated with your firm individually. Participant members will be billed for each non-REALTOR licensee to whom they provide MLS access. If you have concerns please call 910-762-7400 ext. 1001.
