We welcome your interest in joining the MLS Service of our Association. Our Mission is: We are here to enhance the individual and corporate careers of our members.. In joining the MLS service, you are not required to join the Duplin-Sampson Association of REALTORS if you are a member of another Association. However, you will be charged the same MLS set-up fees and monthly fees as our members. If you are not a member of another Association, then you would need to join the Duplin-Sampson Association of REALTORS . The applications to join as a new member and a new company are also on the website. Chuck Mapson, Director of Member Services at the WRAR office will: Call you after she receives your completed application. There will be a one-time initiation fee of $500.00 for the firm. There is a one-time initiation fee of $30.00 per user. The monthly MLS fee for each licensee is $30.00. Please make sure you have read the MLS Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations on the website. Upon joining, the firm will be given a software package allowing access to the MLS system. MLS books are also available on a subscription basis. If you have office staff that needs access to the MLS, a wavier needs to be completed by the Participant Member on their behalf.
