The purpose of the Duplin-Sampson Association of REALTORS A. Unite licensed Real Estate practitioners in the "recognized branches of the real estate profession" including: buying, selling, exchanging, leasing, managing, counseling, building, developing and/or subdividing Real Estate and appraising for others for compensation. B. Provide a unified medium for real estate owners and those engaged in the real estate profession whereby their interests may be safeguarded and advanced. C. Promote and maintain high standards of conduct in the real estate profession as expressed in the Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. D. To serve its membership in developing and promoting programs to promote the professionalsim of REALTORS and to make available programs and servcies that will enhance member's individual businesses successfully with integrity and competence, and through collective action, to promote the preservation of real property rights. | ||
